Times – all sellers put into place between 6am and 7am.

Pitch charges – only cars allowed – £15 per single car park space (sell out back). Only one space allowed per seller

When on – every Thursday throughout the year apart from between christmas and new year.

New and old items can be sold

All pitches are now just a single car parking space!

All pitch spaces must be pre-paid in advance by emailing us. Regular and permanent sellers pay the site manager for the following weeks sale to continue to remain a permanent trader. If you do not wish to prepay, the pitch will be offered to someone on our waiting list.

No pitches will be sold on the day! So please don’t just turn up

Sellers must be on site & setting up by 6.30am. Vehicles that are being unloaded onto pitch, must be removed from site by 6.30am. All sellers must be ready to sell by 7am.

Sellers must not unload any items into asiles beyond which is allowed by site manager.

Only four consecutive weeks will be allowed for holidays and only when either our site manager or ourselves have been informed by email and given seven days notice.

If unable to attend any sale, you must email us on the Monday by 6pm for us to be able to relet your pitch, so you don’t have to pay. If you email us after this time, we will try to resell your pitch, but if unsuccessful, payment will be required on your return.
