As with all web sites you may encounter a difficulty at some point, a few pointers to help you out:
Each user has one pitch. Within that pitch all the items for sale will be listed. Currently there is no limit to items and we will monitor this to see if a limit will be necessary.
To begin, you must register, then you can buy a pitch.
After buying a pitch, go to MyPitch (if not already forwarded after the Pay Pal payment) and you will be prompted to add a pitch name.
After editing your pitch details, you can then start adding items.
Please conform to the suggested formats for the fields when entering items
The Price field is only in the format 0.00 i.e. £15.43 or £7.90.
Forgotten password ? Panic not, go to the login page and there is a link for forgotten passwords.
Image upload - All images should be in .jpg format and the file size shouldn't be too large. We do resize the images to suit the site, but a larger file will take longer to upload.
Think you don't have the necessary software? You may do! You will most likely be using a digital camera so check the software that came with your digital camera, there may be a 'Resize' option within it's supplied software. We also suggest this resize tool from Microsoft which is very simple to use.
We are not all whizzes on computers, so please do not worry about asking questions - it is better to sort out the problem & get going rather than giving up and doing it another day.
We search the pitches on a regular basis but some things will unfortunately slip through the net. If you see anything on that you feel is untoward in anyway, shape or form please send an email to info@countrysidepromotions.co.uk immediately so that we can then look into the problem.
Please check the banned items list if you are still unsure.
Help like this is invaluable on a web site such as ours - we will take your information seriously & deal with the problem if the need arises.
